壹、適用範圍 Scope of application

本店鋪僅支持貨到付款(COD),付款政策適用于本公司在 www.kanghuiys.com 上所銷售的所有符合條件的商品;

二、服務說明 Service Description

支持貨到付款地區,目前我們提供貨到付款服務的地區包括 :越南,中國,香港。對于不在此範圍內的地區,暫不支持該付款方式。

Cash on delivery areas are supported. Currently, the areas where we provide cash on delivery services include: Vietnam, China, and Hong Kong. For regions outside this range, this payment method is not currently supported.

三、訂單處理流程 Order processing process

顧客下單:顧客在平台上選擇心儀商品並確認訂單時,選擇 “貨到付款” 作爲付款方式。下單成功後,系統將自動生成訂單編號,並向顧客發送訂單確認信息,包含訂單詳情、預計送達時間範圍以及貨到付款的相關提示。
訂單審核與配貨:本公司收到訂單後,將在 1 - 2 小時內進行審核,確認訂單信息的准確性和完整性。審核通過後,倉庫工作人員將立即進行配貨,確保商品能夠及時發出。
商品發貨:貨物將由我們合作的專業國際物流快遞公司負責運輸,發貨後顧客將收到包含物流單號的發貨通知,以便跟蹤包裹運輸進度。預計送達時間根據顧客所在地區及所選物流服務的不同而有所差異。

Customer orders: When customers select their favorite products on the platform and confirm the order, they select "cash on delivery" as the payment method. After the order is successfully placed, the system will automatically generate an order number and send the customer an order confirmation message, including order details, estimated delivery time range, and cash on delivery instructions.
Order review and distribution: After receiving the order, the company will review it within 1-2 hours to confirm the accuracy and completeness of the order information. After the review is passed, the warehouse staff will immediately distribute the goods to ensure that the goods can be shipped in time.
Goods delivery: The goods will be transported by our professional international logistics express company. After delivery, the customer will receive a delivery notice containing the logistics order number to track the progress of the package. The estimated delivery time varies depending on the customer's region and the selected logistics service.


四、付款流程 Payment Process

快遞送貨上門:快遞員在送達商品時,會與顧客聯系並當面交付商品。顧客在收到商品後,應仔細檢查商品的外觀、數量、型號等是否與訂單壹致。如無異議,顧客需按照訂單金額向快遞員支付貨款。快遞員將提供正規的收款憑證給顧客。
支付方式:支持的貨到付款支付方式包括:現金、特定地區流行的電子錢包等。顧客需提前准備好相應的支付工具和金額,以確保付款過程順利進行。

Door-to-door delivery: When the courier delivers the goods, the courier will contact the customer and deliver the goods in person. After receiving the goods, the customer should carefully check whether the appearance, quantity, model, etc. of the goods are consistent with the order. If there is no objection, the customer needs to pay the courier according to the order amount. The courier will provide the customer with a formal receipt.
Payment method: The supported cash on delivery payment methods include: cash, popular e-wallets in specific areas, etc. Customers need to prepare the corresponding payment tools and amounts in advance to ensure a smooth payment process.


五、退貨與退款政策 Return and Refund Policy

退貨條件:如果顧客對收到的商品不滿意,在符合以下條件的情況下可以申請退貨:
商品未使用且保持原始包裝完好,不影響二次銷售。
退貨申請需在收到商品後的7天內提出,並通過郵件  jjtan851@gmail.com ,聯系平台提交退貨申請,說明退貨原因。
退貨流程:顧客提交退貨申請後,平台將在1 - 2 個工作日]內進行審核並反饋審核結果。審核通過後,顧客需將商品按照平台提供的退貨地址寄回。寄回商品的運費需由顧客自行承擔或按照壹定規則雙方分擔。
退款處理:本公司在收到退回商品並確認無誤後,將在退款處理時間,如 3 - 5 個工作日 內辦理退款手續。退款將按照原支付路徑退回,如顧客使用貨到付款現金支付,將安排退款至顧客指定的銀行賬戶或電子錢包(需顧客提供相關信息)。

Return conditions: If the customer is not satisfied with the goods received, he/she can apply for a return under the following conditions:
The goods are unused and the original packaging is intact, which does not affect the secondary sale.
The return application must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the goods, and the return application must be submitted by contacting the platform via email jjtan851@gmail.com, stating the reason for the return.
Return process: After the customer submits the return application, the platform will review and feedback the review results within 1-2 working days. After the review is passed, the customer needs to send the goods back to the return address provided by the platform. The shipping cost of the returned goods must be borne by the customer or shared by both parties according to certain rules.
Refund processing: After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, the company will handle the refund procedures within the refund processing time, such as 3-5 working days. The refund will be returned according to the original payment path. If the customer pays by cash on delivery, the refund will be arranged to the customer's designated bank account or e-wallet (the customer needs to provide relevant information).


六、風險提示與責任界定 Risk Warning and Responsibility Definition

拒收風險:若顧客無正當理由拒收商品,本公司將有權扣除相應的物流費用及商品包裝費用等成本後,將剩余款項退還給顧客。如因多次拒收導致不良記錄,本公司保留限制該顧客使用貨到付款服務的權利。
商品損壞風險:在運輸過程中,若商品出現損壞或丟失,本公司將依據與物流快遞公司簽訂的協議進行索賠處理。顧客在收到商品時發現有損壞情況,應立即與快遞員當面確認,並在簽收單上注明損壞情況,同時拍照留存證據。本公司將在核實情況後,按照相關規定爲顧客提供退換貨或退款服務。
彙率波動風險:由于跨境交易涉及不同貨幣的兌換,在貨到付款過程中可能會因彙率波動導致實際支付金額與訂單金額存在細微差異。本公司將按照交易發生時的彙率進行換算結算,對于因彙率波動産生的風險,本公司不承擔額外的補償責任。

Rejection risk: If the customer refuses to accept the goods without a legitimate reason, the Company will have the right to deduct the corresponding logistics costs and product packaging costs and other costs, and return the remaining amount to the customer. If a bad record is caused by repeated rejections, the Company reserves the right to restrict the customer from using the cash on delivery service.
Risk of damaged goods: If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation, the Company will handle the claim in accordance with the agreement signed with the logistics and express delivery company. When the customer finds that the goods are damaged when receiving them, he should immediately confirm with the courier in person, indicate the damage on the receipt, and take photos for evidence. After verifying the situation, the Company will provide customers with return, exchange or refund services in accordance with relevant regulations.
Risk of exchange rate fluctuations: Since cross-border transactions involve the exchange of different currencies, there may be slight differences between the actual payment amount and the order amount due to exchange rate fluctuations during the cash on delivery process. The Company will convert and settle according to the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Company does not bear additional compensation liability for risks caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
